Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following areas:
📍 France (and other countries if applicable: Belgium, Switzerland, Europe, etc.)

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing your order.


2. Processing Times

All orders are prepared and processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if available.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • France: 2 to 7 business days

  • Europe: 5 to 12 business days

  • International: 7 to 20 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods (Christmas, promotions, strikes, etc.).


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent to you by email after shipment.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
In the event of an incorrect address, the order may be returned or lost. In such cases, no refund can be issued if the package is marked as delivered or returned to the sender.


7. Delivery Delays

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, customs, etc.).


8. Lost or Undelivered Package

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier.

9. Customs and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
